I custom-designed this wall to enclose a fireplace and television. The architectural interest on the cabinet doors, the wallpaper behind the television screen, and a marble surround for the fireplace emphasizes the custom features of this home. A pair of crystal chandeliers are the icing on the cake.
Modern Windsor dining room
This modern dining room was created to adjust to the clients’ every day life. I began with neutral tones to create a sense of calm and continuity, then I added pops of color and artwork. The lighting and architectural details give this place a one-of-a-kind dining experience.
Blue dining room
I took the opportunity in this space to showcase the shape of the space and emphasize the high ceilings by adding architectural details and color. The dramatic window treatment softens this area while adding style. The casual poster chairs and the family friendly elegance of the rug and chandelier makes this eating area memorable
Girls bedroom with antique bed
Antique beds are the beginning of these precious little girls’ rooms. An array of colors and textures is a reminder of their sparkling personalities; the rainbows and butterflies add to the enchantment of the children’s rooms. The monogrammed cornice board is a classic touch to this design
High ceiling sunroom
The thing I love most about this design, aside from the views, are the custom drapery and wrought iron hardware. Using multiple fabrics with the darker color being up top helps to exaggerate and compliment the high ceilings. I designed a custom-made rug that is perfect with their existing furniture.
Rat pack inspired office
This space is created for the ultimate rat pack enthusiast. My intent was to create a space that is multi-functional, allowing my client to utilize it partly as an office and partly as an entertainment area. Geometric velvet and leather are the stand-outs when creating this super-retro den. I designed and had built the custom entertainment piece for the record player and albums.
Girls magical playroom
When my clients first came to me, they were in the process of looking for a new home to raise their young daughters. They showed me the attic, and told me that it would just be a place to "store stuff." My designer mojo kicked in, and I told them that the attic was a perfect size for it to become a magical "girls studio" for their daughters to play, create, and grow. Well, they agreed, and voila! I love my job.
Transitional kitchen design
This was a complete custom kitchen remodel where we opened up the space to more than double its original size. I utilized my space planning talent to open up the area and provide a kitchen that works for not only preparing meals, but a great space for the children to do homework and other activities.
Green breakfast room
This phenomenal space was created to be a place of merriment for my special young clients, the optimal place for them to grow, learn and create. Colorful walls, fabrics and architecture make this space perfect for simulating the minds of growing girls. Pictures are ordered After, During, and Before.
